About the Role:We’re hiring Table Grape Pickers and Packers to join our harvest crew. This role involves picking grapes with care and packing them for market to ensure top quality presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Harvest ripe grapes carefully to avoid damage

• Sort, grade, and pack fruit to quality standards

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas

• Work efficiently to meet production targets

• Follow supervisor directions and farm policies

Requirements:

• No experience required – training provided

• Must be physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions

• Fast, accurate, and reliable work ethic

• Able to work in a team and follow instructions
